Is it time to rejuvenate your old looking Shop Front? Attract the attention of passing traffic by giving your shop a facelift with our high quality Metal Signs.

Made from 3mm Aluminium Composite, your Metal Signs will be digitally printed to the highest quality vinyl with a protective over laminate applied to deliver you the best results and to improve the longevity of your signage.

Your signs can be customised to any size, with a standard sheet size being 2440mm x 1220mm, however the most common sizes include:

  • 600mm x 450mm
  • 900mm x 600mm
  • 1200mm x 900mm
  • 2000mm x 1000mm
  • 2440mm x 1220mm

Uploading your artwork is easy and we should be able to accomodate you in any situation. As a general rule however please follow these points where possible to help our team expedite your order.

File Formats: Ideal artwork should be supplied in either of the following formats: PDF, EPS, AI. Also acceptable however are TIF, JPG, PNG, or HIGH-RES BITMAP. Where possible vectorised artwork is prefered, with text converted to outlines.

Size: For best results please save your artwork at 100% (Actual Size) with at least 120 DPI and no compression. Ideally 300 DPI and above is best for printing.

Colour: For best results please save your artwork in CMYK and note down any specific PANTONE colours if required.

Bleed: No bleed is requied for Coflute signs

  • Q: What are the Metal Signs made of?
    A: Our metal signs are made using 3mm Aluminum Composite, however they can also be made on .5mm Colorbond on request.
  • Q: How long do they last?
    A: With lamination, you can expect them to last 3 – 5 years without deterioration.
  • Q: Are they suitable for outdoors?
    A: Yes, our metal sings are UV resistant and 100% water proof.
  • Q: How long do they take to produce?
    A: We allow up to 2 - 3 days for production; however we can turn them around quicker if you are in a rush (a priority surcharge may apply).
